Can you be truly present and attentive at home after a busy and stressful week? Perhaps you inadvertently let your stress and tiredness show through irritation and grumpiness?

It doesn’t have to be that way.

One possible remedy is to de-stress during our Silence Workshop. Find out what happens if you don’t talk. Our experiments guide you through different aspects of silence: deeper connection, more awareness, better cooperation. A visual agenda and silent instructions add to the experience.

Who is it for?

This workshop is for anybody who is feeling stressed or busy, as well as for people who are curious what silence can do for you. It’s also a terrific way to end an intense conference.

Workshop details

The Silence Workshop is available as a 1 hour or 2 hour workshop. We need a minimum of 4 participants, and prefer to limit the group to 20 participants. Public offerings can be found on Eventbrite. For an in-company workshop or for an end-of-conference offering please contact us directly.
