Product Development practices

PragmaticAll helps organizations to adopt effective product development practices in a way that fits their ambitions and culture. We provide training courses on lightweight product development practices (e.g. Refinement, Backlog Management) and we facilitate workshops in which these practices are applied in your work setting: for example applying refinement techniques on your product backlog. Most importantly, we support your teams for as long or as short as is needed to reach proficiency.

Mentoring

Robert is a trusted mentor who combines excellent theoretical knowledge with extensive practical experience. He has mentored Scrum Masters and Product Owners in many different companies. His approach is flexible, hands-on, and quickly leads to results.
